Withdrawal Policy
This policy sets out how withdrawals from your Lorn Creditvale account are requested, reviewed and paid out. It applies to every client and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and the Deposits & Withdrawals reference.
01Available withdrawal methods
Withdrawals are made to the same method and, where applicable, the same account or wallet used to fund your balance. Depending on your account type and region, the methods available may include bank transfer to an account in your own name, return to the card or electronic payment account used for a deposit, and transfer of crypto assets to an external address you have registered and confirmed.
The methods enabled for your account, together with any regional restrictions, are shown in the withdrawal area of your account. Payouts are only made to instruments held in the account holder's own name; third-party payments are not permitted.
02Processing times
Requests are reviewed and approved by Lorn Creditvale during business hours, typically within a period ranging from a few hours to a small number of business days, depending on the checks required and the volume of requests.
After approval, the time for funds to reach you depends on the receiving method: electronic payment accounts and crypto transfers usually settle fastest, while card returns and bank transfers may take several business days once released, and cross-border transfers can take longer. Weekends, public holidays and cut-off times at intermediaries affect these windows. Indicative timeframes for each method are published in your account.
03Fees
Where a withdrawal fee applies, it is disclosed before you confirm the request and is deducted from the amount withdrawn or from your remaining balance. Fees may be a fixed amount or a small percentage, and network fees may apply to crypto transfers because they are charged by the network rather than by us.
Intermediary banks, card schemes and payment providers may apply their own charges or conversion costs, which are outside our control. The current fee schedule is the one published in your account at the time of the request.
04Minimum and maximum limits
Each method has a minimum withdrawal amount and may have per-transaction, daily or monthly maximums. Limits vary by method, currency, account type and verification level, and may be adjusted for security or operational reasons.
Where a request exceeds an applicable maximum, it may be split into several payments over consecutive processing cycles. Where a balance is below the minimum for a method, you may be asked to choose another available method. The limits that apply to you are always those published in your account at the time of the request.
05Mandatory identity verification before the first withdrawal
Verification of your identity and, where required, your source of funds must be completed and accepted before your first withdrawal can be released. Typically this involves confirming your identity, your residential address and your ownership of the payment instrument used.
Documents must be current, complete and legible, and the details must match your account profile. Additional information may be requested at any time as part of our ongoing obligations. Requests submitted while verification is incomplete are held until the checks are finished.
06Reasons a request can be delayed or refused
We may pause, return or decline a withdrawal request where, for example:
- verification is incomplete, or submitted documents are unreadable, expired or inconsistent with your profile;
- the payment details provided are incorrect, incomplete or belong to a third party;
- the amount falls outside the published minimum or maximum limits for the chosen method;
- your available balance is insufficient once open positions, pending orders, locked or staked amounts and applicable fees are taken into account;
- a deposit that funded the balance has not yet fully cleared, or is subject to a chargeback or dispute;
- we are required to carry out additional checks to meet our legal, regulatory or anti-money-laundering obligations, or where fraud, unauthorised access or prohibited use is suspected;
- a technical incident, or an outage at a bank, network or payment provider, prevents processing.
If a request is delayed or refused, we will tell you what is required to move it forward, unless we are legally prevented from doing so. Funds that cannot be released remain in your account balance.
07Your responsibility for correct payment details
You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you submit, including account identifiers, reference numbers, network selection and crypto addresses. Please check them carefully before confirming, and send a small test amount first if you are unsure about a new address.
Payments sent according to instructions you provided may be delayed, returned with deductions, or become irrecoverable if those details are wrong. This is particularly true of crypto transfers, which cannot be reversed once confirmed by the network. Where funds are returned to us, they are credited back to your balance after any costs charged by the providers involved.
08Cancelling or amending a request
While a request is still pending, you can usually cancel it from the withdrawal area of your account, and the amount is returned to your available balance. To change an amount or a destination, cancel the pending request and submit a new one.
Once a request has been approved and released to the receiving provider or broadcast to a network, it can no longer be cancelled or amended by us. If you believe an error has occurred, contact support immediately so we can attempt to trace the payment, without any guarantee of recovery.
09Support
If a withdrawal is taking longer than the published timeframe, or you need help with verification or payment details, contact Lorn Creditvale customer support through the channel shown in your account. Please have the request reference, date, amount and method available so we can trace it quickly. Copies of the current fee schedule, limits and policy documents are available from support on request.
10Updates to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our processes, our payment partners or applicable requirements. The version published on this page is the one in force, and continued use of your account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Capital is at risk. Withdrawal amounts depend on the value of your holdings at the time of the request.
How a withdrawal moves
Three stages, all visible in your account history from the moment you confirm.
-
01
Request
Choose an enabled method, enter the amount within the published limits and confirm the payment details.
-
02
Review
We check verification status, available balance and any compliance requirements, then approve or come back to you.
-
03
Payout
Funds are released to your method and settle within the timeframe that method usually takes.
Withdrawal questions
Can I withdraw to an account in someone else's name?
No. Payouts are only made to accounts, cards or wallets held in the name of the verified account holder. Requests naming a third party are declined.
Why is my available balance lower than my portfolio value?
Amounts tied to open positions, pending orders, locked or staked holdings and applicable fees are not available for withdrawal until they are released or settled.
Do I have to verify again for later withdrawals?
Verification is required before the first withdrawal. Afterwards we may occasionally request updated documents or additional information to keep your records current.
Where do I find the current fees and limits?
They are published in the withdrawal area of your account, and support can send you the current schedule on request.
